Heatlover products are covered by a one (1) year warranty when used in accordance with the user manual. This warranty begins on the date of the original purchase and is exclusively offered to the original purchaser for products bought directly from authorized retailers or distributors, with proof of purchase. We meticulously craft our products to ensure optimal performance and are committed to providing the highest quality items. Shipping

We ship to virtually any address in Canada. Some restrictions may apply to certain products.

When you place an order, delivery is estimated at 3 to 7 business days. Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Preparing your order at our warehouse takes 1 to 2 business days and transit takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for another size, return it within 14 days of delivery under the Returns conditions below.

If a product is found to be defective and is still under warranty, Heatlover covers the exchange in accordance with our warranty policy. A proof of purchase is required.

Returns

Within 14 days of delivery, you may return any new and unused item for a full refund of the product. Each item must be returned in its original packaging, with all included documentation, and all tags must remain attached to the garment.

Beyond the 14-day window, returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of receipt. A flat fee of $49 CAD is deducted from the refund to cover part of the shipping and handling costs.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is not in its original condition and cannot be resold. In such cases, the item is sent back to you.

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item, Heatlover covers the return shipping costs.

Final sale

Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase, such as clearance or outlet pieces, are sold as is. We cannot offer a refund or an exchange on these items, including an exchange for a different size or colour. Please check the size chart and confirm your choice before ordering.

Our warranty still applies to final sale items. If a product arrives defective or does not match its description, contact us: Heatlover covers the return shipping and handles the exchange in accordance with its warranty policy.

Refunds

Expect your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper; in many cases it arrives sooner. This period includes the transit time for your return to reach us (5 to 10 business days), our processing time once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time your bank takes to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

1-Year Limited Warranty
